The Caribbean ferry crossing takes approximately 45 minutes. We recommend checking the current schedules and ferry rates for the companies operating the route (Ultramar and Winjet) in advance to plan your trip and ensure an on-time arrival for our tour

It's very simple! If you are anywhere in the Riviera Maya, you just need to head to the Playa del Carmen maritime terminal, which is the only departure point for ferries to Cozumel

Restrictions
Unfortunately, due to the special care required for this type of vessel, certain restrictions apply
- Guests over 70 years old are welcome to join the tour, but cannot participate in the snorkeling activity
- Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to the activity for check-in, with a maximum grace period of 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Rescheduling is only permitted for the same day, subject to availability
- Life jackets are mandatory throughout the entire tour in accordance with Quintana Roo state safety regulations
- Food and pets are not allowed on board
- Minimum age for snorkeling is 7 years old
- Swimming ability is recommended to fully enjoy the snorkeling activity
- The activity is not wheelchair accessible
- All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with asthma, heart conditions, or back problems
- Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted
